Darlene is an entrepreneur and has successfully managed 3D Accounting & Tax Services, a successful tax and bookkeeping practice, since 1993. She provides bookkeeping and income tax services to individuals, small businesses and non-profit organizations.
To supplement her accounting experience and to offer her clients a full range of financial services, she successfully completed the licensing requirements to become a Registered Representative licensed by the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. and a Resident Agent licensed by the Maryland Insurance Administration.
In this capacity, she specializes in optimizing individual financial plans by setting up Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) and long-term care accounts. She assists clients in establishing 1st and 2nd mortgages, life insurance, long-term care, and college savings. She assists employers by setting up 401K, SEP and KEOUGH plans.
Darlene has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Loyola College, a Master’s Degree in Administrative Science & a Certificate in Leadership Development from the Johns Hopkins University. She has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1985.
